Everything Chris sells is grown on his farm, which is located on the northern shore of Belfast lough. As well as growing locally, he also strives to sell locally and you can find his produce in various markets, restaurants, and shops around County Antrim. Ultimately, Chris believes that what is good for nature is good for us. He follows organic principles and avoids the use of artificial fertilisers and pesticides. Following nature-friendly practices creates food that is nutritionally rich and grown without the use of harmful chemicals that damage the environment and ourselves. We have to say, that Chris' salad is some of the best we have ever tasted!
