Conway Farm Produce is owned and run by Cathy and Philip Conway. The farm is based in County Armagh and the Conways have been in the growing business since 2001. At Conway Farm Produce, they grow high quality, speciality produce for restaurants, retail, and grocers - growing a range of crops through the year and helping bring seasonality to restaurant menus and stores. This helps to reduce food miles, by producing crops locally. For example, the asparagus and courgette flowers they grow are often imported from Peru and Holland respectively. This also increases the freshness of the products, reducing wastage along a shorter supply chain.
