Courgette and Ginger Jam

Small batch, homemade jam that focuses on local ingredients produced by Anne Clayton (chutney wizard) specially for Source Grow. As Source Grow have a close connection to our local suppliers and growers, we can sometimes take on surplus produce that may otherwise go to waste and preserve it for use throughout the year. In this instance, courgettes from Conway Farm Produce were used to create a delicious and unique jam with a recipe specially created by Anne. Limited availability left!
